I’ve been around music all of my life, I know it well and know what qualities make up the essence of a very, very fine music teacher. She has them all. She is a very talented pianist, composer and a singer. Darya is intuitive and has great insight as to how to approach her students so that they thoroughly enjoy their experience at her lessons. She listens to what her students want to achieve, whether it’s as a piano student or a voice student. She meets them where they are and thus begins a really wonderful musical experience for student and teacher.

    Both Drake and Colton have had several piano teachers. So far, Anna has given the most homework, but that is a good thing. I have found out because of that my kids are not as good at sight reading as I thought. So her approach is helping them with fundamentals much more than their previous teachers. I really appreciate that. Double thanks to Anna.
